Ticket Terms of Use
The code on each ticket allows redemption of the item or service described and will be scanned for authenticity.

Duplicates: Do not make additional copies of your ticket(s); duplicate tickets will be rejected.

Third-Party Purchases: Purchase of tickets through unauthorized third parties is not permitted and carries a risk of fraud.

ID Requirement: Event reserves the right to require photo identification for entry.

License Nature: Tickets are a revocable license granting entry, redemption, or services. Management may, without refund, revoke this license and refuse admission or redemption for non-compliance with these terms or for disorderly conduct.

Unauthorized Sales: Unlawful sale or attempted sale subjects tickets to revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and are therefore void.

Assumption of Risk: By using the ticket, you voluntarily assume all risks of injury or loss, whether occurring before, during, or after the event.

Release of Liability: You agree to release Mother Lode Round-Up, the venue, participants, Saffire, SaffireTix, and their affiliates and representatives from any responsibility and related claims.

Use of Likeness: You grant the event and its authorized agents an unrestricted license to use your image or likeness in any photograph or video taken in connection with the event.
Refunds, Disputes & Cancellations
By purchasing a ticket from The Mother Lode Round Up, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following refund and cancellation policy:
Refunds

All Sales Final: Unless otherwise explicitly stated by Mother Lode Round-Up or required by law, all ticket sales are final.

Authorized Platforms Only: Tickets should only be purchased through Mother Lode Round-Up or its authorized ticketing platforms. We do not guarantee authenticity of tickets purchased, exchanged, or obtained elsewhere.

Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds are not available for circumstances including, but not limited to:

Changes in personal plans

Travel disruptions

Inclement weather

Artist or performer lineup changes

Venue changes
Disputes & Chargebacks
Disputing charges processed by or on behalf of The Mother Lode Round Up, including by Saffire or SaffireTix, may result in being blacklisted from future purchases. Chargebacks should not be used as a method of obtaining a refund.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by The Mother Lode Round Up, ticket holders will be notified promptly. At our discretion, alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered.
