Sponsor banners will be gathered and returned in good condition. In the event that a banner has been stolen, the Mother Lode Round-Up will work with the sponsor for reasonable reimbursement after exhausting every effort to find the banners. This is a hold harmless clause against the Mother Lode Round-Up.
